  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or mobile app.

  • Minimum kilometers and driver allowances (bata) apply as per our tariff policy.

  • Payments can be made online or directly to the driver in cash/digital mode.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation if done within [X hours] before the trip.

  • Cancellations after the grace period may attract charges.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [7–10 working days].

4. Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.

  • Any illegal activity, carrying of prohibited items, or misconduct during travel is strictly prohibited.

  • Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

5. Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • Drivers follow company rules and road safety laws.

  • Vehicle type provided depends on availability at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to decline service in case of misconduct or unsafe situations.

6. Communication Consent

By booking with us, you consent to:

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Go2 One Way Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • We are not liable for loss of luggage, personal belongings, or indirect damages.
